Club TYB update…
We’re in the process of selecting Suppliers and negotiating special offers for Club TYB members and expect to have our first list ready for the start of the next financial year – July 1, 2010.
So far we have accepted an Online Booking System, a series of business/personal development seminars, a web designer/hosting company and of course our own full range of Transform Your Business coaching, mentoring & skills training programs.
All of these will be available with some additional benefits for YOU.
Do YOU have a business that can offer something special to our database of Clients?
If so contact me to let me know what you do and what you can offer - all we ask is that you make a special offer to Club TYB Members that’s not normally available as part of your sales/marketing activity.
There are no charges to participate – other than the cost of being a Club TYB Member and whatever you decide to offer our Club TYB Members.

WANTED 12 small businesses…
We’re looking for 12 small business owners who are genuinely ready to Transform THEIR Business and willing to participate in a 12 months Small Buisness Development Program at less than 1/2 our usual fee.
That’s nice I hear you say – but why the big reduction?
The answer is simple, we’re looking for a small group of different business types to provide feedback about an online modularised coaching program we are designing so we can refine the content and evaluate the suitability of the process to REAL small business clients.
Selected businesses will pay a low $100 per month – $1200 for the year instead of $2590. What you will receive is training on core small business issues PLUS 10 private coaching sessions to help improve YOUR business.
To register your interest or find out more, email your contact details and an overview of your business – I’ll phone you and discuss the opportunity.

TYB Biztip #4 – Know where you are – Are you the temperature or the thermostat?
A recent client described this well when he said ‘I’m the thermostat, I set the mood of everyone – whether good or bad’
Most small business owners are the latter (the Thermostat) and obviously have to be, but the real question is WHAT temperature are you setting AND is it the one you truly desire for your self, your staff and/or your customers? Read full article

Practitioners Requiring YOUR help…
This is unusual for me – to say the least – to make a request like this BUT the circumstances themselves are unusual.
I’ve just started working with a group of 70+ volunteer Natural health practitioners providing support to 520+ individuals affected by the Black Saturday Bushfires around the Yarra Valley.
Demand is high for their services and expected to remain so for at least 2 more years BUT…. unless they can get funding to continue their work they will have to close within the next couple of months.
What they’re looking for is any financial support/grants or philanthropic benefactors who may be willing to assist – see more info about who they are and what they do at http://www.yvpp.org
Full details of how money will be used is available to genuine supporters.
Why am I doing this? Well, I know from spending a lot of time amongst these communities over the last 12 months how so many are still struggling form the traumas of Feb 7th 2009 and I would genuinely love to help YVPP (Yarra Valley Practitioners Project) find the funds required to continue their great work.
So can you PLEASE help me help YVPP by blasting this out through your facebook/social media and/or personal networks or wherever.
If you have any contacts for funding please email me – their plight is both REAL and URGENT.
Thanks in anticipation of any help you can provide.
